Gaming / Streaming Rig 144hz

Hey all,

 

I'm looking to build a desktop for playing Fortnite and live streaming / recording my game play.

I'd love to play on a  2k QHD 144hz monitor, but have heard there could be some issues with streaming at 60fps 1080p while playing on 2k 144hz.

I've also heard that there could be some issues if you have 1 144hz monitor and a 2nd 60hz monitor.

 

So I'm hoping someone could help with my purchasing decisions here...

1. Is there actually an issue with playing at 144hz and streaming at 60hz on a single PC?

2. Would having a 2nd dedicated streaming rig help with those issues?

3. Would getting x2 144hz monitors help with this situation at all? (as opposed to having x1 144hz and x1 60hz).
