ARGB connector not compatible ...

Hi guys,

 

I just get my new adressable rgb controller today, as you can see on the picture, on the right this is the ARGB controller out of the controller, and on the left th ARGB fan connector.

I cant connect it and im lookin for an adapter but i cant find anything on google.

Hope you can help me guys thanks
