Dead tv ?

Hi I was just watching the latest wan show by Linus and he was saying about how the screen will lose colour depth ....white lines came up on my screen I was in full screen mode so I thought that was them showing what they meant but then my tv just flat out blacked out after the white lines had been there for a min or two and the colours that I could still see had gotten a lot more saturated .

When it went black screen I tried Turing it off an un plugging it and then plugged it all back in again to see if it would work it didn't .

I then asked my brother If I could use his tv we've got the same one and it worked perfectly fine and now if I put power into my tv it will act like its Turning on but nothing will appear on the screen

Any ideas what has happened to it ?

i know shit about screens so the only thing i can say its broken so rma the thing

Okay yeah the problem is now I can't use my PC......I've got a tablet though

And my dad got me it so I don't know where he got it from....as he's away atm
