EA pays Youtubers to talk positively about BF4

"Earlier this week it was revealed that EA payed YouTube producers to say good things about Battlefield 4 when it launched, and to hold off any criticism until November 29th — a month after release.

EA paid out $200,000 to these YouTube producers, many of whom have over a million subscribers. While it’s understandable that the YouTube content makers deserve to earn money for their work, they did no disclose that they were paid to say nice things about Battlefield 4."

Looks like Microsoft isn't the only ones bribing youtubers, is this the new look of advertising?

Company's have been doing this for awhile now, EA did it with battlefield 3 and they also did it with need for speed hot pursuit, I think its fine for them to do this but I do wish the content creator was allowed to say thats its a paid promotion. I wouldn't consider it as a bride unless the content creator actually dislikes the game.
