CPU Voltage. Fixed?

Just a general inquiry. What's the consensus whether it is worth to set a fixed value-stable CPU voltage with clock speed, or let it on default adaptive settings? I can understand the possible benefits& drawbacks of both setting, but I'd rather have some opinion and insight from those, who know what are they talking about :)

Thanks in advance.

Life is really challenging. I don't always suceed: )

It's best to set a static voltage and use LLC so when your under load there isn't a big drop in voltage.
