Hello I just built a new pc a few days ago and I installed windows and everything works fine except when i restart my computer it shoots me to a recovery screen and I don't know why. Everything boots up fine and i have been able to use the pc with no other issues but this one. Any ideas? I've looked at the boot order in the bios and didn't see anything out of place but I am new to pc building and this is my first build. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure.. very weird issue, you maybe have other Windows installations on other drives, or maybe your current one is corrupt, not enough info

More specs of your system please.

How many drives do you have?

Is it giving you any type of error codes or stop codes?

Can you check the event viewer logs for more information? (Check the logs after restarting)

What version of Windows?

Asus b450f ryzen 5 2600. 2 drives one ssd and one hdd I tried to install the os on my ssd but I'm not sure if I did it right I'm new to this kind of thing. It gives me a 00x00000e code on the screen and wont let me restart or go into my bios from that screen I have to power cycle just to get into the bios and I have windows 10 pro. I do not know what the event viewer is but I will look it up

Because you have multiple drives, I would unplug the HDD and just keep the SSD plugged in. Then re-install windows. Once that's all set you can plug your HDD back in. Sometimes a clean install is easier than spending too much time troubleshooting exactly what is going on.
