Steam keeps crashing

I'll cut right to the chase: Whenever I click on my 'Library' tab in Steam, Steam outright crashes on me. IF I'm lucky enough to get into the "Library' tab, it'll either 1) crash after a few seconds or 2) Crash when I click on a game or scroll through my games.

 

No idea what could be causing this. I have tried the simple "uninstall the reinstall" Steam, but that didn't do anything. Any ideas on what's going on?
