AT2020 is a very popular mic for streaming/recording/chat. I personally have the ATR2100 and love it and its crystal clear sound.

Hi, I have a Blue SNowball iCE and am looking to upgrade. What should I get?

Is there much difference between the USB one and the non USB one?

Just the interface its using. If you have a mixer to plug the XLR input into then use that, otherwise you will need the USB version for it to work with your PC out of the box.
