Graphics card problem

My system keeps crashing when my video card is installed....would see lines on the screen most times.... I reapplied the thermal paste, cleaned the system but still no luck

Really need help plz

It sounds like it's dying to me, just the luck of the draw I guess, I have a really badly artifacting GTX 560. It looks like you're entering the matrix when you put it in a system.

When a graphics card is defecting the best thing is to look for a replacement. You could try baking the graphics card, but honestly it's no guarantee that it will last much longer.

But truth be told, getting a replacement is quite a bit of work and also very expensive
