PSU for itx build

We're doing his "ghost" build for my brother, we can't decide which of the two is a better PSU for the system. 

Corsair SF650 650w 80+ platinum full modular $184 7 yrs warranty 

Seasonic focus gfx 650w 80+ gold full modular $156 10 yrs warranty

Mind that both PSU you mentioned has different AC power socket location and orientation if it matters to the interior layout of the build.
