ok looking for a keyboard. must haves:

full numeric keyboard on right side.

media keys with wheel (play, pause, mute.)

simple design.

major brand no knock offs or chinese brands.

cherry mx switches.

i was looking at the logitech 910 orion spectrum but doesnt have cherry mx. i just want a basic keyboard in design no massive weirdly shaped hand placements etc.

wired or wireless i will be purchasing a logitech g703 lightspeed mouse with the powerplay mousepad.

whats this hype around das keyboards?

Das Keyboard 4 Professional Clicky Mechanical Keyboard w/ MX Blue Switch - Black (DASK4MKPROCLI) Lasered Keys

please stay around the 200$ canadian mark

cherry mx switches.

Why? Switches like Zealios (Gaterons) and Box switches are considered much superior to modern mx switches in keyboard communities. Cherry has long lost it's reputation for having the best switches.

You can get these switches from vendors like Zealpc, Novelkeys, KBDFans, and put them in a hotswap board, like a dz68 hotswap board, GMMK, Massdrop Alt/Ctrl, or something higher end like a Rama M60a. Cheaper keyboards like the Anne Pro 2 comes with Gateron switches or box whites.

I would say it's just up to the "sleek blanks keys" and advertising. There's nothing really great/remarkable about the keyboards. They have thin abs caps and have lasered legends which wears out quickly. Mx blues are nothing great either.
