Stuck At Boot Screen

So, i was repairing or trying to at least and I ran into a problem. Every time I start the computer it gets stuck and frozen on the very first splash screen, specifically the "HP INVENT" screen. It has all the boot, setup and recovery menu options but (F12, F10, F2 etc.) that's all, it doesn't get past that point.

I tried to enter setup and tried entering boot menu, but it just says Entering boot menu... or Entering setup menu... 

 

Computer Specs:

 

HP Slimline s3420f 

 

750 Gb HDD @ 7200 RPM*

 

4GB RAM *

I'd say go and contact HP.
