Record audio from sertain window?

I want to use TTS while in vrchat but when i use "Stereo Mix" it also records vrchat sound. Idk if there is a program out there that can give me a driver that will only record sertain window or any other method can someoen help? THANKS!

Can you select audio device for that one software? If yes, then you can record just that audio device. If no, but you can select audio devices on everything else (or just those you want to exclude), then you need virtual audio cables and setup them so that recording only records stereo mix and not the virtual audio device which is used by other software.
