Net Framework problem

Hi i got problem with net framework when i tried to install it i dont know what is problem it says that i didnt run minimun specs but my pc is one of the newest gaming pcs... can somebody helped me ? i have installed graphic drivers and newest amd adrenalin i need to install it cause i got ryzen 7 to get games from new amd promotion

Which version/build of Windows are you running? The "not supported on this operating system" indicates that your OS rather than the hardware is at fault.
