Driver Help

I just got a new Red Devil RX 570 and after deleting all Nvidia drivers, going through a BSOD loop I decided to get a new version of windows.   After this, the drivers still wont install (I have tried the 19.5.1 AMD drivers and the 19.4.1 Drivers).  I just got out of another BSOD loop.  On this fresh version of windows I have had to reset windows twice to get out of bsod loops.  Any advice???  I cant finish a BO4 Game without my pc crashing.  HELP!!!
