I currently have a Logitech G710+ which I had to send in for warranty replacement recently due to one of my alt keys breaking. The circle portion under the cap broke and wouldn't lock properly. Logitech would issue me a new cap and instead asked for me to mail back my old keyboard and they sent me a new one. I don't want to have to go through that again. So I'm curious since the g710+ is a led backlit keyboard where can I purchase caps that have light being able to shine through them?

What I'm looking for

1.) White Keycaps

2.) Letters Numbers and Gamer Key's 1-6 LED

http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/index.php/products/keycap-set.html Here you can customize every single key on the keyboard... it costs 50 dollars tho...

Thank you for the reply. I did see that they do sell sets for keycaps. However, what confused me was how do I get key caps that have the ability for light to show through the keys letters, numbers. From the look of it the keys are only keys with the character on the key. And I'm still not sure how I would go about getting individual key caps for my gamer keys or if I should just have to special order one at a time through someone like WASD but still the problem lies I need to figure out what keycaps or who do I purchase them from that have keys where the led shines through the character.

oh well WASD don't have shine trough keycaps, because they only do laser etching... So yeah. Where are you located?

I'm located within the states. Ideally I wanted a keyboard like this http://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=326. However, its a special edition of the ducky shine 2. I know that on ebay I was checking out and you could purchase ducky shine 2 replacement keys which would work. There has to be someone that produces keys that shine through with LED. If not someone needs to really pick up on that because the mechanical keyboard market is growing faster and faster.

you're right.

you're going to want to look at ducky's replacement keycap sets for it's own Shine series of boards.  don't worry, they WILL fit; they will just have a slightly different texture and they win't color match, but that's fine since you're using them as a gamer set,

the only issue is thät you will have to buy thr ENTIRE set.  as long as you're fine with the cost, it'a your best bet.

Agreed, at this point I'm just trying to weight my options because the ducky set does not include the gamer keys so my keyboard wouldn't resemble a full white led back-lit keyboard. Maybe with the ducky shine 3 they will put out a special edition like they did with the shine 2. But knowing that ducky produces a replacement kit will be really nice in the case that my keys do over time break like my alt key did. I love to type I type top end at 130 WPM so maybe the wear and tear will reach me quicker then most.
