New pc build!

Hey everyone, I am planning on making a new PC, I have a budget of 300 dollars (I already have a gpu for this build it is a gtx 1070) I would like some people to help me out on cpu, power supply, ram, motherboard, and pc case, I have drives already so that should be all I need, I also have a cooler that will probably work for most cpus (hyper 212 evo) so any suggestions? 300 is a slim budget but doable. I would suggest looking locally for parts. Lots of deals to be had. Make sure they work before buying. Ive found nice deals where i live on some 4th gen i7s for like 60 bucks.
