According to Mr Memory UK, you should be able to upgrade to a single 8GB DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHz 204-pin SODIMM for AUD 70 $. I would not spend more than that though.

Hello everyone,

I have a Lenovo Laptop V110-15IAP. Here are the specs :

Summary
        Operating System
            Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
        CPU
            Intel Celeron N3350 @ 1.10GHz    35 °C
            Apollo Lake 14nm Technology
        RAM
            4.00GB @ 797MHz (?-11-11-28)
        Motherboard
            LENOVO Lenovo V110-15IAP (U3E1)    42 °C
        Graphics
            Intel HD Graphics (Lenovo)
        Storage
            119GB SAMSUNG MZYTY128HDHP-000L2 (SATA (SSD))    24 °C
        Optical Drives
            PLDS DVD-RW DA8AESH
        Audio
            Realtek High Definition Audio

I wonder if I can upgrade the 4GB ram stick to 8GB ram stick. The board has only one memory slot. Couldn't find any information about the RAM upgrading compatibility.

Thank in advance, have a great day!

You are welcome @tropicano

Email a reputable memory retailer I have done so myself in the past, they may take a while to get back to you but usually, the information they impart is well worth the wait.

Below is a link to another retailer and they recommend a brand they sell, a Crucial 8GB (1x 8GB) DDR3L-1600 PC3L-12800 204-pin module, as would the Kingston RAM calculator on their site.

hope this helps
