3d printing website

I need a 3d printing website where I can print something 18" x 10"

I live in misery USA. my timezone is central daylight time which is either UTC -5 or -4 because the government hates everyone.

Either will probably be really expensive for something that large, fair warning. It may be cheaper to split your parts into smaller segments that can be reattatched somehow, which would allow them to be printed on less expensive printers using less expensive materials.
