Color space

I just got a 4k ips display. Rated at display hdr 400. I'm confused about color space. What setting has the most accurate color reproduction? Options are; sRGB, Rec. 709, EBU, DCI, SMPTE-C. 

Also has HDR as an option for color space, but I think that's just for a default mode.
