Hello,

I have an issue that I've been trying to crack for months now. I build a budget rig I'll list all the specifications below, but I've tried different air coolers as well as an AIO cooler however I can never seem to get the temperatures to be decent enough.
At 6% usage idle and stable, reading off of Speccy, the temperatures are around 50C and all cores are running at 2GHz.
I've got fans all over the place, different brands with speeds going from 1500 to 2000 RPM. The fan on the right side of the cooler is facing towards the cooler, the left side fan is facing away from the cooler towards the back of the case, with a channel made with a box to the case fan which is also exhaust, in attempt to move cold air in and force the hot air out.

Build specifications:
[Motherboard] MSI FM2 A75MA E35
[CPU] AMD A10 6800K (4.1 GHz, 4.4 turbo, overclocked) APU with Radeon Graphics (I do not use turbo, overclock, or on board graphics)
[RAM] 8GB DDR3 Vengeance 1600MHz Dual Ranked
[Cooler] Deep Cool GAMMAX 400
[Thermal Paste] Arctic MX2
[GPU] Zotac Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB mini
[PSU] Thermaltake Smart Series 700w
[Disks] 500GB 6Gb/s 7200RPM Boot Drive HDD, 300GB 3Gb/s 5600RPM HDD
[Fans] 2 UpHere, 3 Rosewill, 1 Deep Cool
[Case] Rosewill Challenger Black ATX Mid Tower
[Notes] Pretty Decent Cable Management. All parts are brand new, no dust, no faulty parts. 6Gb/s Sata cables for HDD's. System runs perfect besides overheating and is surprisingly quiet.

This is a picture without the GPU installed.

Check in the BIOS to make sure Cool & Quiet is enabled. This is AMDs equivalent of Speed step where the CPU will downclock itself when not needed, thus reducing the power requirements and thus reducing the heat output.

Cool & Quiet is enabled, turbo mode disabled, no overclocks, fans set to max where minimum fan usage is 87%.
