Problem with this phone screen

Hello, I have a problem with my Samsung phone screen: photo . Is there any chance this could be repaired in the shop or do I need new phone? Have you seen anything like this? Thanks for any helpful replies.

What phone is it, sometimes there are replacement screens on websites such as ifixit and such.

How did it happen?

I don't remember putting it anywhere near such heat source, I didn't even use it during the time it wasn't there to when I noticed it. Only thing I did during that time was charging it.
