No fan spin no post

Hey there,

 

I recently finished building my new rig, however it does not want to turn on. 

It has the 9900K and Z390-A motherboard with a deepcool240L watercooler.

 

When plugging it in the RGB starts up, then once i hit the power button, the CPU cooler, power supply and graphics card all start lighting up. 

However, none of the fan spins and there is no post or beeping noise coming from the motherboard.

 

I checked for bent pins and could not find anything unusual, as well as re-slotted the memory slots, power cables, and fan cables.

 

Not sure if anyone has any opinions to fix it. Was going to take it back to the store and see if they could do anything.

Try taking the ram out and getting to bios
