I'm planning to install Windows 8 (and install 8.1 via the Windows Store method) on my Samsung NP-N150 notebook (which I've spoken to in my previous post on this forum) with the following procedures

1. Place the Samsung HDD on my Toshiba A135-S4677 laptop (the only reason for this is because there's an ODD on the notebook and USB will not work quite well because of the friggin' Samsung keyboard!)

2. Install Windows 8 on there.

3. Put the newly-installed HDD back on the Samsung machine.

Now my only concern is the transition between steps 2 and 3. Will the Windows installer install the Toshiba Drivers or it will install nothing? Because I'm worried that a wrong driver may cause blue screens....

Any one help me? I'm backing up my files as we speak and I'm gonna need an answer ASAP...

okay... how can I uninstall that Windows installed on the HDD?

I think you'll have to uninstall all the drivers before transferring it and then reinstall the real drivers

Just installing the new drivers will work. There is no need to remove the old ones.

No. It will load the ones it needs.

Okay... I'm gonna try it now... I will have report back tomorrow afternoon because of some school activity (the only cause of me missing tomorrow's WAN Show) its 7 PM in here :)

With Windows 7 you can take the HDD out halfway through the installation and put it in a new machine - after it installs but before you enter any any details or reboot the machine for the first time. When you put the drive in the other machine and tell it to boot, it finds the Windows install and takes you straight to the part you were at.

That doesn't make much of a difference in the end. Most of the drivers are installed during the initial installation process, not during post-install processes.

It's worked for me in OP's situation before is all I'm saying, any that were missing were easy enough to find and download.
