So i just got my tethertools case relay and was wondering if anyone had any experience with it? i have charging issues as the battery dosent seem to store any power whatsoever

What kind of battery do you have in the external battery pack?

Is it the Tethertools branded pack or another model?

Make sure you have the relay connected to the 2.1A port and that the battery is fully charged.
