Problem with new pc.

Hi. I got a problem with my 1 month new gamer pc. My fps drops in every game every 20-30 sec. Allmost unplayable. 

I have tried everything i could find on google. Nohting worked.

My specs:

CPU: Intel core i7-9700k

GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060

Motherboard: Asus rog strix z390-H gaming 

16 GB ram with 3000 MHz.

So i should could play all the game i have at high fps. (Fortnite, League of legends, Destiny 2, Overwatch, Rocketleague).

Dont know what to do my ask for help now. (Sorry for bad english)

Check for your CPU usage?

I did. Max 50% and max 40% GPU usage
