Can't forward port

I want to open port 25565 for Minecraft server hosting but it doesn't work, port checker says that it is closed, I guess I need to do something in DHCP and DMZ?

I need step by step tutorial but can't find in YouTube

(Also it's tp-link WR841N)

Make sure the OS firewall is set to allow for port 25565.
