Making Amazon Alexa Turn Into JARVIS

I'm sure many have had this question before but I am very curious. I wanted to turn Alexa's wake word to Jarvis, if possible, and change the voice to a similar voice to JARVIS from the Iron Man movies. Also, I was wondering if there was a way to change some of the responses to end in 'sir' or nuance JARVIS conversation words. If anyone knows how to do this in AWS somehow, please let me know I really would love to do this.
