Blinking

Hey guys, every time I exit a video on youtube, my screen blinks. It happens really quickly, my screen just turns black for a second then comes back. I'm not even sure if it is a problem regarding Windows. I am running Windows 10.

Main Specs of PC:

I7-8700k

RTX 2080

Asus Prime Z390-A

Is the video resolution different from the monitor resolution? Maybe it is adjusting the screen as it is changes the resolution
