So I've looked into this and not 100% sure so looking for clarification basically. Have a 900D Case, and im planning on using:

Alphacool NexXxoS UT60 quad 120

http://www.frozencpu.com/products/14987/ex-rad-341/Alphacool_NexXxoS_UT60_Full_Copper_Quad_120mm_Radiator.html?id=IACurokM&mv_pc=21295

Alphacool NexXxoS UT60 tri 120

http://www.frozencpu.com/products/14857/ex-rad-333/Alphacool_NexXxoS_UT60_Full_Copper_Triple_120mm_Radiator.html?id=IACurokM&mv_pc=21296

Going to use push pull on each radiator, so a total of 14 fans, and im using

Noctua NF-F12 120 x 25mm PWM Fan

http://www.frozencpu.com/products/14571/fan-948/Noctua_NF-F12_120_x_25mm_PWM_Fan.html?id=IACurokM&mv_pc=21298

Basically my question is, to mount and screw in a push pull config on the radiator, do i basically screw in from the bottom through the bottom fan into the rad, and then one from the top into the rad?

and in terms of the screws will these work? m3 30mm screws

also any suggestions on were to get black rubber washers to go with it?

Edit: putting a shroud on each radiator shouldn't interfere should it?

I used the stock radiator screws on my UT60's and Noctua fans and it works fine.

And yes, you just install the fans and screw them to the radiator and the top you put the fans there and screw it down.

Screwing the top radiator down with the fans is a bit tricky so I put the case upside down on a table and angle the case so I can screw it in. I only do that so I don't have to hold the radiator perfectly to make everything line up. I've also held it while I screwed it so you can do it either way.

Does anyone know though if those specific screws will work. This build im doing is both performance but primarily asthetics, I've also always used stock screws, but am looking for that nice black finish.

since you are using the Alphacool radiators, they use a M# thread pitch. so you'll

need a M3 screw 30mm long (not including the cap part) for standard radiator

mounting through chassis sheet metal. some chassis might need longer.

there are:

hex - looks like a nut on top

socket - uses and allen or TORX wrench to loosen/tighten

button - similar to socket, but rounded or domed top appearance
