Woah i missed like two months of tech....there's an h105 now??

Eh, you didn't miss too much...aside from the stuff a CES (Linus' CES coverage!!).

The H105 is fairly new; it was revealed a few days (?) before CES so...

Hmm...from the review @Jogostar linked to, the radiator is indeed 38mm. Quite thick compared to the 25mm thickness of the H100i, 29mm of the H110.

Basically, same as the H80i, but in 240mm form. Nice!

As well as the H105, Corsair also came out with the mITX Obsidian 200D, Corsair AX1500i (thank god, finally an 80+ Platinum 1.5kW PSU), and a fully customizable 16.8 mil RGB Corsair Vengeance keyboard.

It qualifies for the 80 PLUS Titanium draft :P . 80 PLUS Titanium doesn't exactly exist, but it is a working concept.

The RGB keyboard is VERY NOICE! I will throw money at Corsair to send me a MX brown version directly to my house!!!

Does anyone have any recommendation for a fan replacement?

Those fans that came with H105 are making annoying amount of noise unless I put it at RPM that just makes them not perform optimally.

The amount of choices I have are quite limited for me, since its not as easy as living US and getting all the fans through whatever means, but at least the recommendations will be something that I can reference with (or if it is actually available, then all the better).

For the person who asked about the comparison chart

TTL(TinyTomLogan) does. He already made his video review and written reviews up on his site.

The corsair quite edition Static pressure fans. I am suprised that the 1450rpm is actually effective and stays really quite. I use them in my rig on my 100i.

Thanks for the reply. I will TRY to find it, but I doubt I will be able to find Corsair fans sold on its own around my area (they sell liquid coolers but not standalone fans...).

Any other suggestions? I need as many references as possible.

I am trying to find something that I can use for right now.

Of course, if you are recommending this fan this much, I guess its really good and I will be ordering online.

Just looking for more options to keep me happy until that thing will reach my home, if I order it online.

EDIT: I guess I found a shop that sells that fan around my area. Although, its not that close, so it will be a little bit of trip.

I will be heading to the shop after work, and see if the Corsair fans are actually available there, and if not I have those other ones you mentioned.

Thanks again.

So the H100i is still better. Since the H105 can only beat the H100i at max speed.

dunna know what chart you have seen, but the H105 was better than the H100i

in all testing. compare the delta temperatures on the chart and you should be

able to see that the H105 is at least 4°-5° cooler than the H100i. just the H105 on

12v showed 46.3° and H100i was 50.7° loud as all get out so on fan speed

reducers (FSR) H105 on 12v FSR showed 51.3° and H100i 12v FSR failed to

stay under 80°

the biggest issue on the H105 is that cases have a limited mounting area and

adding another 11mm to the thickness of the radiator just eliminated more case

choices to use the H105 in. like the Tt 2.0 Extreme system, it uses the 38mm

radiator and has a hard time fitting a lot of main stream cases because of roof

height is not accommodating.

Should i upgrade h105 from h100i? i pay $90 and jan 31 is my last day to return it.

Does it really worth $30 difference from what i pay for few degrees?

no, the value to performance gain would be minimal. unless you just don't like the H100i, like the lil trim ring idea

or just don't use the corsair link; then it'd be worthy. other than that, stay with what ya got.
