Windows gets stuck

Sometimes my PC got stuck at mobo logo screen (in my case at ASUS logo screen) and don't move. After I press the power button again and shut it down and again power it up. 2nd time, it's good to go.  It happens mostly in the morning when I first started the PC for the day. Not every day. 

What could be the problem?
