How to get a deep learning ready laptop in India.

Hello Guys, I need your help, your suggestions.

Recently I was having a very hard time training my models on a non GPU Laptop I have to upgrade and I am not able to find a single laptop with Rtx 2070 or above available in India under budget. Training on cloud is also too expensive for me and I have got no choices left. I don't know what should I do building a pc will not be an efficient option as I am a student and I spend most of my year on campus.

Even If I get a laptop with a thunderbolt3 port I will not be able to get a gpu enclosure for it (none available here).

I don't know what I should do. Please guys let me know what I should do.

Thank You.

laptop, cheap, and performance don't match up together, especially in india

most laptops can't cool down a 8th gen H series CPU / dGPU properly

are you sure you cannot use a desktop? what is your budget?

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.
