Ubisoft Crew 2 and BattlEye

Good Afternoon I was just wondering if any of you have came across any problems with Ubisofts BattlEye I am currently trying to play Crew 2 but every time I do I get stuck with the same point all the time no matter what I try I have added a Picture with the error and a DXdiag doc as well showing specs.
