I am browsing around for a new monitor that supports USB-C with PD. Looking for an all-in-one cable solution for display output, usb peripherals, and charging.

The computer attached will be a late 2017 Razer Blade Stealth; the i7-8550U/UHD 620 version. The original power supply currently provides 65W of power to the laptop.

I'm having a hard time finding a monitor that supports anything over 60W PD that is within my budget.

My question is: If I get a monitor that only supplies 45W or 60W of power, will it still power/charge the laptop, but just slower compared to the OEM charger?

Yes it will charge your laptop just fine, slower sure but most likely unnoticeable (60W)
