I dont understand what is fyi but anyway . No simulator option is (usb keyboard and mouse simulator)

FYI = For Your Information.  Common phrase when telling someone something they would benefit from knowing.

 

What motherboard and BIOS is it?  There should be a setting mentioning USB in the bios somewhere.

Odd, I've built 2x B450 machines in the last couple months and had no issues with mouse or keyboard for Windows install.  Granted it was Windows 10 not 7 but that shouldn't matter.

 

Did you tweak any BIOS settings before this?  The USB stuff is ON by default.  Try setting BIOS to defaults.
