Hello, I’m looking to build a new pc, but I just saw a prebuild, pretty cheap and good specs. Here are the specs:  Intel Core i5 9400F 6-Core 6x2.9Ghz (turbo: 4.1Ghz)  Inno3D Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060 6GB graphic card 16GB DDR4 256GB SSD

Do you guys think this is a good build for only $800?

For 800$ yeah that "seems" pretty good, but it really depends on all the other components, could be a cheapo motherboard and a cheapo PSU

And that's being generous, there could be some OEM garbage in place of any of these

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Anything combined with that PSU is a problem, but why this combination specifically?

because its wasting so much money on a cooler that is better spend on the PSU

oh for sure, that's what these cheap prebuilt manufacturers do though. The appeal of a water cooler sells units faster so they cut corners elsewhere.

I asked them and the mobo is: MSI b360m pro VH and the psu is a 600 watt cooler master

The PC as a whole is a very good deal, but it's a cheap motherboard, and I would assume a cheap PSU as well, so I don't know? I guess it's fine? you can replace the PSU yourself though and that will still be a good deal overall, and the motherboard is "okay" for the 9400F, but it restricts you from future CPU upgrades though
