upgrading a acer power

I wouldn't spend any money on this to be honest.

I have a Pentium Dual Core E5400, you'll have a bad time on Windows 10, especially if you're using onboard graphics but it will be slow as hell either way

It's up to you what OS you want to run on it, just don't spend any money upgrading it.
