Is a Origin Laptop good for Gaming and a Worksation? If so which one

I wouldn't come near Origin PC with a 10 foot pole after my horrible experience with them 4 years back. Ordered an Origin PC Millennium Desktop for $9,000 USD in June. Took them a month to build/ship it, half of the customer notes I mentioned in my order in the way to install the OS were ignored. The so called overclocking service I paid for was just a small 200 mhz overclock of a 5930K CPU, the only thing they changed is set a voltage offset of -0.185. Really? $50 USD for this?

Secondly, I had to constantly email and call to get any updates about my PC, not once did they send me an update. I know I am not their only customer but when you pay $9000 USD for a system you expect a bit of attention/care.

When I sold the machine 3 months later as I didn't like the idea of having a bulky desktop after a while, I called them to transfer the warranty to the new owner and they said no can do. Warranties cannot be transferred.

Never again will I buy anything from that company.

I suggest you one of these laptops:

EVOC High Performance Systems P870TM-R - 17.3" FHD 144Hz / QHD 120Hz / QFHD 60Hz - i5-9600K / i7-9700K / i9-9900K - RTX 2070 / 2080

Custom Built MSI GT75 8SG TITAN 4K-012 - 17.3" QFHD 100% RGB - i9-8950HK - RTX 2080

Custom Built Alienware Area-51m

I actually just bought the Alienware Area-51m and love everything about it. One of the best keyboards on any laptop, superb build quality, excellent 144hz screen, and the performance is top notch.

Now, I did apply Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut to decrease the heat so in the configurator of any of the above laptops, I advice you to choose "Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut + Fujipoly Extreme Thermal Pads" for the best cooling.

I've bought 4 laptops from HIDevolution in the past 5 years and they've all worked perfectly out of the box as their quality control is top notch. They do synthetic stress tests and actual gaming sessions before shipping out the laptop to ensure it works 100% out of the box and you get lifetime tech support as well for free.

If you email donald@hidevolution.com you may be able to get a small discount. He was the salesman I was dealing with and is very knowledgeable and gives genuine advice not like the typical salesman who just tries to oversell you on components to make the best buck out of you.

ASUS ROG Strix SCAR 16 G635LX | Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX | SK Hynix 64GB DDR5-5600 MHz RAM | GeForce RTX 5090 | BOE NE160QDM-NM8 16" QHD+ 240 Hz Mini LED Display + AOC Agon PRO AG274QZM QHD 240 Hz Mini LED IPS 27" Monitor | 2x WD_BLACK SN850X 8TB SSDs (RAID 0) | Intel Wi-Fi 7 BE200 WLAN | Windows 11 Education

Have you seen the redesigned chassis of the GS75's that are coming out?  Much sturdier build quality all around, especially in the keyboard area.  I have a few Razer Blade 15's that are regarded to having a higher build quality (although lower QC in hardware) and I experienced an identical amount of screen and keyboard flex on the updated MSI GS75.  Cooling has a lot to do with positioning of the vents.  Utilizing a stand will prevent any throttling from either the CPU or GPU while adding fans will promote longer hardware life due to cooler temperatures.
