There is no video output when pc is turned on

Jaok

My brothers pc worked comepletly fine for 5 years, however he turned it on this morning and there is no video  output and I don't know what to do. Can somebody please help?

Edit:

when I turned off the pc and plugged it out of the electricity the video output began working again and if I restarted the pc there was no video output (again).  So if I turned it off I needed to to plug it in and out of electricity. One thing I noticed aswell was that the video card drivers weren't working and every game crashed upon startup so I uninstalled the graphic card drivers using    DDU and reinstalled them again. After that everything worked just fine.

I upgraded my brother's graphic card drivers to the latest version the day prior to day so it seems like that, that was what was causing these issues.

I'm posting this here just in case anybody else runs into this problem aswell.
