How many players?

Something like serverminer.com is really nice and starts at $7.58 for 15 players.

Does anyone know of a good modded minecraft server host that isnt that expensive? I want to be able to run the modpack all the mods remix on it. I do know that I could run it on my computer and portforward my router but I dont know how to do that and dont want to have to go through the hassle of doing it. Plus I recently moved so i dont have my desktop set up yet.
