Ram Issue

[SHUBHAM 08]

I have got 2x8 gigs of ram total 16gb

Corsair ddr4 8gb 2400mhz

Corsair ddr4 8bg 3000mhz

But it only shows 8gb ram in my system

after putting them into the correct slots

In CPU-Z software it shows i have 16gb

But only single channel 

Look down the pic below

 

Please help me to solve this problem ASAP

Try changing the speeds and voltage of the faster one to match the slower one.

Well it’s picking up your 3200mhz rated one. Did you use correct slots eg A2 B2 ?

Problem solved guys

its running ons single channel 

Corsair (2X8) 16gb ddr4 2400mhz 

I Changed the frequency for the higher ram of 3000mhz to 2400mhz

Works great
