Windows raid and a Mac Mini

Hello,

 

I guess this would technically be the correct subforum to post this as it's kind of a mix of everything.

I have an old Mac Mini which I decided to replace OSX on with Windows, however I didn't know this Mac was setup with raid with 2x 1TB drives.

 

So I was just wondering if there was any way of setting up windows on Raid 1 on this Mac mini?

E.g putting the disks in my main pc, raiding the disks and just moving them over to the Mac mini and install Windows.
