Good Streaming GPU

So I currently have a one streaming PC setup

Specs: 

I7 8700k

TUF Gaming PRO 370 PRO MOBO

16gb of DDR4 2400MHZ

GTX 1060 6gb

1tb HDD

240 GB SSD

Windows 10 home

600 watt PSU

 

Ok so I'm looking to get a better graphics card that can handle GTA 5 and stream it along with streaming games like Anthem and the new upcoming triple-A games Reason for upgrade been noticing games running alot lower frames then usual and having very slow game load speed as I did a month ago and any info would be greatly appreciated.

Overclock your CPU instead?

What software and setting you use for streaming? Are you using cpu encode? (x264) or GPU encode? (nvenc)

 

Did the slow down only happen when streaming?
