Re-installing Chrome; get this error message while installing

I was re-installing Chrome Canary because it just flat out wouldn't open (even after mashing the mouse down faster than a masterbating lonley man)

I got this message while installing:

I have already tried re-booting, but that did nothing. Microsoft says to boot into Safe Mode and see if it still persits, but I would rather not if I have another option. Any ideas?

Try deleting the file. Doing a fresh install.

Didn't work. I deleted the entire Chrome file and I still get the error while installing.
