DX11 error code?

So I just got a new computer and after I finished putting windows 10 on I downloaded fortnite. Whenever i tried to start fortnite it would say

DX11 level ten is required. I dont know if it is a problem with the graphics card witch is a gtx 1660 ti. Will anyone give suggestions to fix the problem?
