Thin, Small Screen

I am building a computer in a lunchbox (why not, ITX stuff) and I planned to attach an HDMI display in the top of the lunchbox. Does anyone know of a display that is less than 9" in width and less than 1 cm in thickness? I can't seem to find anything that is near the right size.
