So idk how im supposed to post here so I'll just start with what I'm trying to build.

Corsair 275r case

Asus prime 390-a mobo

Intel i5-9600k

Corsair vengeance 16 GB 2 sticks

Cooler master 750 non modular psu 80+ gold

Corsair h80i v2 pump radiator thingy

Samsung 500gb ssd

Western blue 4tb hhd

I cant get the mobo to do anything other than shine rgb and have the green led near the on board power button light up, no error codes or anything. Tested the psu with digital tester it's good. Tried to flip it on with a flathead that also didnt work took GPU didnt start ect. I'm close to calling it quits and getting a new  mobo but any ideas of trouble shooting would be nice thanks. Sorry I dont build pcs much I help my brother like 2 years ago and it went well with zero problems posted frost try so I dont have alotta experience with this stuff.

Does the computer *TRY* to start-up at all (e.g. fans spins up, etc) ?

Make sure you have the pump and fan cables connected to the motherboard on your Corsair H80i.

Also, did you remove the "please remove" plastic film on the bottom of the CPU waterblock when installing the H80i?

Make sure you connect the 8-pin motherboard power connector -- that supplies power to the CPU.

If that doesn't work, then remove the CPU cooler, remove the CPU from the socket, and check for bent / damaged pins.
