Internet goes up and down and its just bad now

So three days ago my internet in my pc the motherboard network started to just go up and down in ping so i just cant play games anymore, it works fine for everyone else in my house help, i think that i just need a new motherboard it is pretty old but if anyone knows anything please help

 

 

and dont say have you checked the cables and all that bullshit and like have you called your internet provider,  i have already done everything and yes i have updated everything so shush
