Hey all thanks for reading this post.  So my luck I payed 640 for my video card plus 60 bucks tax for 700 dollars since I live in Los Angeles where newegg is.  I bought it from newegg ebay.  Anyhow from the beginning the fan or fans have a problem.  It makes a tick tick chug chug very nasty noise.  As soon as I game and fan speed goes up the noise goes away.  So I need to RMA this thing.  My question is who has experience with GIgabyte.  Believe it or not this is my first Gigabyte piece of hardware in my life, as Ive always been ASUS and EVGA in the past.  I can't have down time.  My question is can they send me a video card and charge my card and then send them back the botched video card and they refund me the money ?  Or must I send it back then they send me a new one ?  I can't wait a week or more for turn around time.  Thanks in advance.
